This is the difference. A worker's documents are theirs. Nothing reaches a supervisor unless that worker chose to show it, and the app enforces that, not the honour system.

  • Private by default. Nothing about a worker is visible until they turn it on, one ticket at a time.
  • The name, not the file. Sharing a ticket shows its name and expiry. The document itself is a separate, deliberate choice.
  • Never the rest of the vault. A supervisor sees shared tickets and nothing else. The rest stays shut, whatever they do.
  • Off means off. A worker can stop sharing any time, and access ends straight away.
